Abu Dhabi’s DED Records An Increase Of 63.9% In The Number Of Licenses Issued Compared To The 1st Quarter Of Last Year
4,813 new economic licenses were delivered in the 1st quarter of this year in Abu Dhabi’s business sector, with an upsurge of 63.9% compared to the same period last year where only 2,935 licenses were issued according to the Business Activity Report of Q1 2019 issued by Abu Dhabi Business Center, Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED). Mohammed Munif Al Mansouri, the Executive Director of Abu Dhabi Business Center of the ADDED, stated that the report shows the numerous transactional activities such as issuing new economic licenses business in Dubai , renewing them in accordance with type and legal form, modifying them, and approving permits, advertisements, violations, fees, and etc. He stated that the report’s positive results reflect the confidence of businessmen and investors in the economic status of Abu Dhabi that keeps witnessing a continuous growth in both business and financial sectors.
